We will start with 4 olive oils that we will warm up in wild clay ceramic bowls with our own hands to get the peak notes. You will have a tasting sheet that we can fill up very easily and realize different tasking notes in nose and mouth.
Then follow for an explanation and tasting of how chocolate is made and how important is the whole process and the Treatment of Cocoa from the very beginning in the plantation.
